REVIEW ON VINCE DEL-MONTE'S YOUR SIX PACK QUEST?
does it work?
Is it a scam?
Are their easier or better ways of achieving getting a lower body-fat from an already skinny person trying to strip away a couple of pounds of fat at most?
Is the money-back guarantee safe and legitimate?
Yes it works
No it’s not a scam
The thing you have to remember with this program is it is not a half-assed workoit guide. When you purchase access to the program, he provides a book that explains what to do during the program, how it works, why it works, and why most other popular programs don’t work. You have to really commit yourself to it, and if you do the results are amazing.
It’s aimed at either dramatically gaining weight or dramatically losing weight. It doesn’t seem like it would be useful if you were looking to just drop a few % points of body fat. I am trying to gain weight so I find the program very helpful – especially the meal plans. He gives you access to nutrition guides that lay out 80-some meals given your required calorie intake (3000 cals, 4000 cals, etc.) and each week of meals comes with a handy grocery list so preparing for the meals is simpler as well.
Definitely worth checking out if you have been trying to bulk up or lose a lot of weight with no luck. But if you don’t want to commit to it then don’t bother, because it does require commitment.
