Takashi Shimizu returns as director, and Amber Tamblyn stars as Aubrey, sister of The Grudge’s Karen (Sarah Michelle Gellar, making a brief appearance), who travels to Tokyo to learn what’s happened to her sibling. “Aubrey’s thrown into this situation with all these barriers, psychological, language, and cultural,” says Tamblyn.
